On 4 March 2025, the Minister for Planning and Sustainable Development made a statement to the Legislative Assembly about the ACT Government plans for the Hawker Group Centre. A copy of the statement can be found in the ‘Other documents’ tab.

There are few rules for submissions. In general submissions must be relevant to the inquiry and should be received by the closing date. When sending a submission to the Committee, please include your name, phone number and postal and email address.

Submissions can be made in writing or by video (for example, in Auslan), and should be emailed to the Committee at the following address: LAcommitteeEnvironment@parliament.act.gov.au.
